Return, Transportation & Refund Policy

The company also provides a 14 day money back guarantee, refund will be given under the following conditions:

1. The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days upon receiving it, and it must be in its original condition.

2. The merchandise must not be damaged.

3. The merchandise must not have been worn.

4. The merchandise must not have been used.

5. The merchandise must not have been sized (excluding special orders).

6. The merchandise must precisely match product data records.

7. All Custom orders are non refundable.

8. Before returning an item you must contact customer service to obtain a return approval (RMA number).

9. Final sale items are not refundable, no refund or exchange for final sale items, products under ” final sale ” are not returnable.

Diamonds, colored stones and jewelry are inspected upon receipt prior to any refunds, exchanges or credits being made. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused.

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us. We solve all issues. Before returning an item you must contact customer service to obtain a return approval (RMA number). New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.

Shipping an item back to us without contacting us first , may lead to refused delivery on our side and package being returned to you, at your cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. a restocking fee of 25% for handling and processing will be charge for returning items. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged restocking fee + double the shipping cost (since the carrier will be charging us for both ways). Please make sure we authorized your return. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. In case of return items we will not accept a damaged package and we will refuse to accept it.  You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. A valid phone number is required for shipping and may be used for payment verification & shipping protection. The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). The package insurance will be for our use only, the decision whether and when to use it will be ours only and we have no insurance obligation to the customer.

In the event that an extended payment plan or lay way is approved, purchased goods are not covered under the 14 Day return policy.

Note: All Custom orders are non-refundable. Furthermore, should we purchase any product(s) or diamond(s) at the request of the customer in order to create a custom designed piece of jewelry and the customer decides in the end not to purchase the jewelry, the requested products(s) or/and stone(s) will not be refunded.
