Condition Notes: Conch pearls, derived from the marine gastropod mollusk known as the Queen Conch (Aliger Gigas), are among the rarest pearls in the world. It is said that conch pearls form naturally only once in many thousands of conchs, making them extraordinarily rare.
Unlike other pearls, conch pearls cannot be cultured or farmed, which significantly contributes to their scarcity and high value. This ring features an impressive example of a conch pearl weighing 20.82 carats, as marked on the inside of the ring. The diamond weight is stamped inside the ring shank as listed in the description.
